Born and raised in Queens, New York, Phyllis Mathouser traveled and lived in several states before moving to the New Hampshire seacoast in 1997. She has her Associates Degree from Kingsborough Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from The College of Notre Dame. She is licensed as an associate broker in both NH and Maine for over 16 years. Living in Brentwood with her husband and two grown daughters along with two horses gives her the country feel after living in the city. She specializes in residential real estate of all kinds.
She has participated and supported the 4-H program as well as the FFA (Future Farmers of America). Her passion is to help buyers and seller make the best possible choices when it comes to real estate. She enjoys traveling and is an avid reader. Through her own relocations, she knows the uncertainty and other issues that arise when moving to a new area.
Originally working for Carlson Real Estate, she changed to a RE/MAX office in 2004 and has consistently earned awards yearly and is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.
