Portland, ME and Portsmouth, NH: RE/MAX Shoreline announced today that its year-to-date performance has continued to be strong through the third quarter, with some of its most notable agent successes occurring in these past three months.

“Over the course of this year to date, we’ve seen many notable agent contributions to our success,” remarked Derrick Buckspan, Broker Owner of RE/MAX Shoreline, “Jeremy Bennett gave us continual visibility in the Lewiston/Auburn area.  Harper Lee Collins provided RE/MAX Shoreline with greater presence north of Portland. Erin Finley provided a gateway to new construction in Maine. Nick Guerrette, Karen Thompson, Jaime Crain, and Ashlan Oberholtzer increased our presence west of Portland and in the Lakes Region. Jane Leonard, Karen Thompson, and Jodi Federle grew the strength of our brand on Chebeague Island and on the mainland, as well. Dawn Marston, the Portland Maine Living Team, and Tom Ranello all increased our brand presence in Portland, South Portland, and Scarborough while also bringing our brand to new markets. Mary McAleney listed numerous oceanfront living options on Long Island in Casco Bay, while Crystal Tropeano was our key to Hills Beach and Biddeford Pool.  Crystal Tropeano had the highest-priced sale in Kennebunkport in more than 20 years.  Glenn Thibodeau established himself as one of York County’s premiere vacation home realtors. Andy Yau emerged as the top multi-unit realtor in Rochester, NH.  Dakota Bockus created a fantastic virtual first-time homebuyers monthly forum with some excellent industry partners. Liz Levey-Pruyn and the Seacoast Dwellings Team had their best year-to-date success ever as Portsmouth’s top agent and team while also marketing homes in York County and premiere new construction in Dover. Jim Mills’ presence in the Exeter area as well as on the Seacoast led to his ranking as the top RE/MAX individual agent in New Hampshire two months in a row. Mike Rudolph expanded his geographical presence while also receiving continuous accolades from his clients. Kathy Walsh, Dakota Bockus, and Glenn Martin continued to grow the strength of our brand in the Hampton and Seabrook communities.”

“At the same time,” explained Rachel Reed, Co-Owner &COO of RE/MAX Shoreline, “the ranking of our agents within the RE/MAX family reached a new height of prominence.  Peter Billipp, an agent in our Portsmouth office, ranked 26th among RE/MAX’s commercial agents in the United States! John Robinson of our Portland office was one of the top five RE/MAX commercial agents in all of New England. Liz Levey-Pruyn and the Seacoast Dwellings Team were consistently ranked amongst the top five RE/MAX teams in all of New Hampshire and as the top luxury team, as well. Tom Ranello was consistently ranked as one of the top five RE/MAX individual agents in all of Maine.”

RE/MAX Shoreline also has continued to demonstrate prominence in industry leadership and community philanthropy.  Jim Lee is the President-Elect of the New Hampshire Association of Realtors Board of Directors. Derrick Buckspan is the incoming President of the Greater Portland Board of Realtors. Roz Siegel is also a member of the Board of Directors of Greater Portland Board of Realtors. Rachel Reed is one of the New Hampshire representatives on the American Lung Association Board of Directors. Liz Levey-Pruyn is one of the founding board members of Plates for Change. Sara Treacy is one of the founding board members of Seacoast Pathways. Andrew Glazier serves as a District Governor of Rotary International Foundation.

“Our success has great depth, both as real estate professionals and community members,” said Buckspan, “and that is the result of our constant focus on collaboration, community, marketing, technology, and support. We move forward together.”

RE/MAX Shoreline is a collaborative, community approach to an industry that traditionally focuses on volume and market share. RE/MAX Shoreline, instead, focuses on customer satisfaction and agent support. We have already helped over 3,000 families and businesses realize their real estate dreams and supported over 80 agents in their quest for a more successful future.
