As a lifelong Scarborough, Maine resident, Annika Batista is well acquainted with the greater Portland area. In 2017, she left home to attend school at Bucknell University in Pennsylvania, only to come to the realization that Maine offered everything she wanted for her college experience. Her love for an active, coastal lifestyle drew her back. She graduated with honors in three years from the University of New England with a major in Business and Sustainability.  

Annika has a strong marketing background, having worked for two large companies in Maine prior to starting her career in real estate. She also created her own successful business during college, selling art made out of repurposed lobster rope. Her past experiences speak to her hardworking nature and her attention to detail allows her to go above and beyond in meeting her clients needs. In her spare time, she enjoys skiing at Sugarloaf, paddle boarding at Ferry Beach, and trying new restaurants in Portland.
