Liz Levey-Pruyn’s knowledge of the real estate process, and reliable responsiveness to client needs and preferences, founded Seaside Dwellings and then fueled her advancement to the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and Platinum Level success.

Originally from New York, Liz fell in love with the seacoast of New Hampshire and Maine back in 1988 and has lived here ever since.  She arrived in Portsmouth with a strong background in advertising and sales, and she has applied these skills to benefit her clients.

Liz emphasizes acute attention to detail, strong communication skills, and an honest, proactive approach to the real estate market.  She draws on experience and foresight to address situations before they become a problem.

Professional, yet warm and approachable, Liz provides a wealth of resources to her clients. She holds certifications from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, AHS (Accredited Home Staging Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer Agent) and CDPE (Certified Depressed Property Expert), and she has built strong relationships with local lenders and title companies.

Liz is a full time Realtor licensed in New Hampshire and Maine.
